Requirement:.
- Basic understanding of HR and Finance principles
- Understanding of BCA / Construction industry
- Computer literate, especially with Excel.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources, Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Only Singaporean
Job Responsibility:
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR and finance paperwork
- Providing clerical and administrative support to management.
- Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Review employee service periods in regards to Long Service Awards.
- Create work period and absence allowances on HR system.
- Ensure that all personal information is updated onto HR system as required.
- Enrolment process for new employees.
- Arrange for pre-employment medicals, obtaining required documents, enrolling employees into benefit schemes, and coordinating office logistics.
- You will also take responsibility for the service termination process.
